PKR HEALTH CAMP AT LEMBAH PANTAI. 22nd Sept 2013

About 18 specialist from various discipline, spend Sunday morning at Perumahan Pantai Permai seeing patients for free.

This Healthcamp was organised the offices of  YB Lembah Pantai. Our services were rendered free of course. The services, besides medical consultations in disciplines like GP, General physician, cardiology, orthopedics, gynaecology, paediatrics, optician, chest medicines, and the services included glucometer, BP measurement, health advice, breast cancer detection, pap smear. They even brought a clown to keep the children entertained.

There was also a small pharmacy.
I saw the last patient of the day, patient 265. Not a bad day's work. We started at 9am and finished up at 1pm.

There is a strong request to do the same out of the Klang Valley. In many ways it is an outreach to bring specialist care ( outpatient specialist care ) to those in need for free.
Doctors are not all money face, afterall.
