THE DAP ADVERT THAT STAR WILL NOT PUBLISH

 I have been having trouble trying to get internet connection yesterday and today. The line speed is very poor and keeps dropping and hanging. Is there any one out there with the same problem?
Is the government trying to shut down internet services?
